When you can't get your hands on freshly picked corn on the cob, you can always use this frozen corn, which has the same delicious taste.
Corn retains its nutritional value even when frozen. It has high levels of vitamins C, B, E, and K, as well as minerals like magnesium and potassium.
Frozen Corn is versatile and can be readily incorporated into your regular diet. We recommend adding this frozen corn to salads, burritos, casseroles, or soups for added colour and crunch. Alternatively, sauté with other vegetables for a lovely vegetarian lunch or dinner.
