
Raw cane sugars typically contain less than 2% molasses, giving them a delicate flavour and a colour ranging from blond to light brown.
Cane sugar is produced by thinly slicing sugar cane and extracting the natural sugar juice. The juice is purified and heated to produce a concentrated syrup, which is then crystallized to produce granulated sugar. The size of their crystals ranges from medium to coarse.
