Preparation Instructions: (cook from frozen): Grill/Barbecue: Grill frozen patties over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. Stovetop: Cook frozen patties over medium heat on non-stick or lightly oiled skillet for 3 minutes per side. Oven: Bake at 350F / 180C for 15-20 minutes turning once. Microwave: Cook patty on microwave safe plate for 1 minute. Rotate plate and cook for an addition 1-1.5 minutes or until cooked.
