PREPARATION from FROZEN:Cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165F or 75C minimum. Stovetop: Place frozen meatballs into simmering sauce in last 15 minutes of cooking, simmer until meatballs are hot through. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve. Toaster/Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 230C or 450 F. Bake from frozen on a non stick pan for 15-20 minutes until well carmelized. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve. HOLDING procedure instructions: Gardein meatless meatballs can be held on a buffet line in sauce for up to 2 hours
