Shipping Plastic Free

It is tricky being a zero waste store while shipping packages large distances using carbon-intensive vehicles. We do our best to minimize waste at all stages of the shipping process.

Within London, Ontario we will hand-deliver all orders. We only ship within Canada.

We ship completely plastic free. Everything is 100% recyclable and 100% compostable.

We try not to put any packing materials inside of shipping boxes, but for any orders that are fragile, we use post-consumer 100% recyclable and 100% compostable paper packing materials inside of our boxes. 

Our shipping labels are 100% recyclable, compostable, plastic free and, where possible, printed on GOOS (good on one side) paper.

We seal our boxes with non-reinforced paper tape. It is 100% recyclable, compostable, and plastic free.
