Exciting news—we've got three Repair Cafés coming up! If you're not familiar, this is where community comes together to combat waste and empower each other with DIY skills. Got a broken lamp, ripped jeans, or a faulty toaster? Don't throw it away—let's fix it together, and it's all FREE!
📅 Mark Your Calendars! 📌
🔧 October 18, 6-8pm at Reimagine (206 Piccadilly St)
🔧 November 15, 6-8pm at Reimagine (206 Piccadilly St)
🔧 December 12, 6-8pm at Beacock Public Library (1280 Huron St)
During these 2-hour events, our incredible volunteer "fixers" are on hand to help you mend various items. We've seen everything from malfunctioning microwaves to tattered coats get a second life. More than half of the items brought in actually get repaired, so your odds are good! 🌟
Wondering how it works? It's simple—just RSVP to reserve your spot, show up with your item, and we'll do our best to help you fix it. Even if we can't mend it, you'll learn something new and have a great time.
